As a family photographer in Killarney, Co. Kerry, I offer relaxed, natural family photography sessions, either outdoors or in your own home. The focus is simple… real connection.
No stiff poses. No pressure for children to sit still. No need for everyone to look at the camera. I gently guide you when needed, but mostly I let moments unfold naturally.

What to expect
These family photography sessions in Killarney are natural, easy-going and focused on capturing the real connection within your family. Whether we meet at one of Killarney’s scenic outdoor spots or a place that means something to you, the aim is to create honest, meaningful photographs.
Sessions last around 30 minutes, which is ideal for young children, with the option to allow more time if needed. There is no pressure for perfect poses or for everyone to look at the camera. I’ll guide you when needed, while keeping the session relaxed and allowing moments to happen naturally.
Children are welcome to be themselves. They don’t need to sit still or smile on demand. If they need a cuddle, a snack or a little time to settle, that’s absolutely fine. We simply go at their pace.
You don’t need to worry about how to stand or what to do. I’ll give simple direction where needed, but much of the session is about capturing the moments in between — the laughter, the hugs, the little glances and the way you naturally are together.
Your gallery will include a blend of candid images and a few gently guided photographs with everyone together.
After the session, you’ll receive a professionally edited online gallery where you can view your images and choose your favourites in your own time.

How to Book
Get in touch and share a little about what you’d love from your session. If it feels like the right fit, we’ll choose a suitable date and get everything booked in for you.
We’ll meet at your chosen location or in the comfort of your home. The session is easy-going and natural, with gentle guidance from me while I capture genuine moments as they happen. Sessions usually last from 30 minutes, and newborn sessions last 1.5 hours.
After your session, I carefully edit your best images. Editing takes about 1-2 weeks. Then I will upload to a private online gallery for you to view.
You’ll receive your edited online gallery, where you can view the best images from your session. Depending on the collection you choose, you’ll be able to download your included images, with the option to purchase additional digital files or printed products if you’d like to.
Price Guide
I like to keep things simple and clear, while still giving you flexibility. Every session includes guidance, professional retouching, and access to heirloom-quality products.
To secure your session date, a €150 session fee is required. This covers your 30-minute session, planning, and the time and care that goes into creating a personalised experience for your family. For locations more than 50 km from Killarney town, a small travel fee of €1 per km applies.
After your session, I personally curate and refine a private online gallery, selecting only the strongest images that reflect genuine connection, expression, and story. Each image is carefully edited in my signature style and presented with intention.
Your gallery is released once the chosen collection has been secured. The session fee reserves your date and time, and your collection includes the images you decide to keep.
From there, you choose your favourites and download your high-resolution images.

The Family Collection starts at €299 and includes:
• 15 edited digital images in colour
• Complementary 15 edited images in black & white versions
Want more?
If you’d like extra images, you can easily add additional digital files, prints, albums or framed artwork. Options are available once you’ve viewed your gallery. I believe that when you hire a professional photographer, you deserve to receive professional products to showcase your images.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if the weather is bad on the day of our session?
Living in Kerry, the weather can be unpredictable. If conditions aren’t suitable, we can reschedule for another date or do a session at your home, if that works for you.
What time of day is best for our session?
For outdoor sessions, the best light is usually early morning or late evening, when the light is softer and more flattering. But if the weather is cloudy, we can schedule for any time.
Can we include grandparents or extended family?
Yes, extended family are very welcome at an additional fee. Just let me know in advance so we can plan the session to suit everyone.
What should we bring to the session?
You don’t need much. Just bring yourselves, and anything small that feels meaningful and snacks for the kids. I’ll guide you through the rest.
